Earth Day

On the 22nd of April, the whole school celebrated Earth Day by taking part in a variety of tasks in school and at home. At home pupils completed some ECO research on a variety of topics such as renewable energy, climate change and the impact that climate change can have on natural disasters.

On the day, pupils took part in activities that reused different materials they had collected, to make a range of things such as bookmarks, purses, sun catchers and inventions! We also had a screen free afternoon, where pupils read outside in the open air and we were even rewarded with glorious sunshine. Well done to all pupils on their efforts.
